To my surprise, they did—and the process from there was effortless! Stephen was fantastic to work with—his communication was excellent, and he made everything simple and stress-free. The installers were punctual, professional, and left everything spotless. The new rooms look amazing! I highly recommend Brothers Flooring for their quality work and outstanding customer service.

My floors are absolutely stunning. Stephen was honest and presented my options without an overwhelming sales pitch. Richard, the project manager checked in every step of the way to explain what was being accomplished each day. The installers were respectful and trustworthy- as I was extremely comfortable allowing access to my home while I was not there.

There were no surprises. Once the work began there was a crew large enough to do the installation in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the final product.
