Our furnace gave out during one of the coldest days in Chicago. My father’s home was built in 1881 and has a 15-radiator system that heats a two-flat. When we turned on the heat, we discovered water leaking—and eventually gushing—from the radiator system in the basement. Our thermostat was super old and it was NOT user friendly. We woke up and it was set at 65 and would not adjust. I called Brothers Heating & Cooling Inc. in a panic and Sergio was able to come same day to install a new thermostat. Before installing, he checked our furnace to ensure it was working properly and thankfully it is! He was able to give us some tips on filters, etc. which we are super thankful for. I had a heat issue this morning and when I searched for Heating companies in my area and Brothers Heating & Cooling was the first I saw. There were other companies listed but I didn’t call them. I asked my mom to look for me too because I was on my way to work and when she looked Brother’s Heating and Cooling was what she sent to me.
