10/10 would recommend to anyone! Joshua came out and serviced our furnace. He was on time, very respectful to us, our home, and our animals. He was thorough with his repair, and was very informative. Not a single critique :)

We've been using Brother's Heating and Cooling for years for all of our furnace and a/c issues. Joshua always returns our calls quickly and provides excellent service with great prices. (We never feel that we're getting ripped off.) Recently, we called him on a Sunday morning because our furnace went out. He was at our house by 12 noon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our furnace running within an hour. And he didn't charge extra for a Sunday service call. I highly recommend Brother's.

Josh came by our house yesterday to assess our furnace. He determined the ECM motor needed replacing. He returned this morning with the new unit and exchanged the motor within an hour. Josh was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. A good Christian man who was trustworthy and fair in his pricing.

We are new to New Baltimore and wanted to have our heating and air conditioning systems inspected. Brothers Heating and Cooling was recommended to us. Josh was prompt, friendly, and professional. They have since installed a humidifier and water heater. I will definitely use his company again in the future.

I always call Josh when I have a problem. I had to call him recently on Christmas Eve about my furnace not working. He returned my call right away and determined I needed to call DTE. He is always friendly and helpful and honest.
