Brothers & Justice Floors

We had a bad experience with Brothers and Justice. They came recommended by a friend when we moved to the area. We needed to refinish the original floors in the house. Before starting the work, they insisted on us leaving the house because of Covid. When we returned a couple of days after they were done, we simply were shocked. The floor color did not match what they offered remotely on the video (it turned out to be much lighter), the sanding of the surface was very bad - our previously smooth floors became wavy with uneven finishing all through the house. The shoe molding was rough and in many places it did not match. Our house started looking cheaper like it lost half of its value. Brothers & Justice did a hardwood floor refinishing project for us throughout most of our main level and did an excellent job. They were able to correct some fairly major destruction from a pet - deep scratches. The floors look brand new after they were done. Very reasonable price as well.

Brothers & Justice did an incredible job installing hardwood floors for us almost 20 years ago and just refinished hardwood floors that had been under carpet for 40+ years. They did a great job refinishing our oak hardwood floors. Easy to work with. We had new appliances put in following the refinishing and the floors were left with scratches... Tom came back and touched up our floors at no cost to us. Good people.
