Tony was absolutely fantastic. He came out and fixed my HVAC just in time so I’d have heat for Christmas, which was such a relief. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on without rushing or talking over me. Do not use them. They scheduled a tech for my emergency call and agreed on the rate. Their tech got stuck on another job and said he will get to my location after 4PM. Instead of apologizing that their tech will be late they said since it is after 4 PM and they will charge me overtime rate. When i disagreed, they canceled my appointment.

I can't thank Tony enough for his responsiveness and willingness to help, including trying to troubleshoot over the telephone prior to coming to my house. And then when Tony and Malkit showed up they were fantastic. They had my AC up and running in a very short time. Great job! I will definitely use them again.
