I had work done by Brother Star in 2021 as a first time condo owner. Unbeknownst to me, permits were required to do some plumbing work. Nothing major, but still required. I’m now trying to make things right with the town to avoid a fine issued to myself and/or Brother Star. They accused me of declining the permit, however, condo owners are not even allowed to submit permit applications on behalf of contractors according to the town. How can I decline doing something I’m not allowed to do? Even if I did decline, they’re implying they did work illegally. I ask them to take five minutes to simply fill out the application so that I can submit to the town and pay the necessary fee to make this right. Instead of taking the five minutes and being done with it, they accused me of hiring their own

Carlos and his team did a great job on our home extension and renovation. We now have our dream house and the quality of work they provided is outstanding. We are very happy with the overall service they provided. I would definitely recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. We will contact them for any future remodeling services. Carlos has done great job with our addition, it's 700sq ft kitchen and family room addition with full basement. Despite hiccups during foundation where his usual mason was not available and he hired new guy, he took full responsibility and took all corrective measures as specified by architect. He himself is an excellent carpenter and does much of carpentry door window installation himself, he would spend sufficient time for all these work until he himself is satisfied so I hardly had anything to point out. Carlos has very good work ethics, though he can be on bit expensive side for some extras but his quality doesn't give any regrets of spending extra money. I highly recommend him for full house renovations, build up and addition work.

Brothers Star construction did renovations on our home recently and they were outstanding. I was so impressed with the quality of their work. They were well prepared, reliable and affordable! And they kept us updated on every step of the project. We will definitely be working with Brothers star team again and I highly recommend them.

We thought they did a good job till our wooden flooring (which they sub contracted to another flooring company Priority hardwood) buckled out and came out ripped all around the house. They have no accountability to fix it. Stay away!!
