Broussard Air Conditioning

The Broussard AC team had our back when we needed it most. We just purchased a home and had 3 units coils go bad. They sent their best out to come take care of us and got it done in a day. They have checked in regularly to make sure we were good. A+ service and care.

Cole came out this afternoon and fixed our heater. He even showed my son and I how to clean a part so it wouldn't malfunction again. He was so nice and professional. I would suggest Broussard A/C & Heating.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had several major repairs in the first 5 years of the A/C unit being installed on my brand new home. Most notably, I went through a few compressors and no one ever tried to figure out why. They would just put a new one and move on instead of trying to figure out what was causing the issues. The coils, inside and outside, had to be changed, etc. Also, they will try and charge you labor within the first two years of a new install, if there is a repair. I had to email Donnie the Louisiana state law showing him he had to perform the work labor free. The AC techs were very courteous, polite, and very service minded. While installing vents in the ceiling they placed a box under the spot where they were cutting the sheet rock so that the dust would not get all over the office furniture. They even sweep up the small amount of dust that fell on the floor. My questions were answered in a calm, courteous manner. Sincerely, Dr Patrick Magee
