Would NEVER recommend this company. They were called out on 12/29/25 because my washer was not spinning/draining all the way. I was asked what brand my washer was and if it was under warranty. NEVER was I asked about a model number. I already looked for it and was not there. The man comes out and ALL he did was look for the model number. He never moved the washer. Only looked on the lid. Never tried to access the problem. He was there maybe 15 minutes including conversation. I was charged $163.57 FOR NOTHING! And believe me, I understand a service charge. Called 2nd company and explained I didn't have a model number. He asked that I send a picture of the washer. He said, no problem I know your GE washer. Came out and removed the front panel and found that a sock had somehow clogged/jammed

My Viking gas oven stopped heating. I called two different repair services who came to my house, spent time working on the problem. They charged me for the “repair” and left. Sadly the gas oven still did not work. I finally called Broussard’s Appliance Repair and the service man found I had a cracked part in the oven. While he was here he called in the order for the replacement parts. It is an old stove, maybe over 20 years old, that was in the house when we bought it two years ago. I’m pleased he was able to acquire the parts for this older appliance. When the parts arrived, the repair was completed and my oven now is working very well. I will call Broussard’s if I ever need appliance repairs again. Metairie, LA 3-2026

Warren came with an apprentice to service our ONE month old LG refrigerator that developed a "dead" LED display. Warren did the power reset as I had done several times before when I was on the phone with LG's "ChatBot" support. Knowing that bit of history, Warren asked if I prefer that a replacement part be ordered. He then contacted us later and came with the replacement part at the appointed time and it has been working ever since. I appreciate Warren's effort to rectify the issue in a timely fashion. I also heard him explaining to his apprentice the troubleshooting process and his method of completing the repair. I recommend Warren and Broussard Appliance Service for their professionalism.

The Service Technician arrived on time and was very thorough. Unfortunately the problem was more expensive than a simple fix. I would reach out to them again if problems persist with my new machine.

I am an elderly person and it is my opinion that this company took advantage of me because I am an elderly woman. I was forced by Whirlpool to use this repair service for a refrigerator that was failing to cool intermittently. Broussard charged me a service fee and for their travel gas to send a technician to just “diagnose” the problem. They “diagnosed” a “control panel board”, the most expensive repair on any refrigerator other than a compressor. It took almost 2 months to get the part in and to schedule the replacement installation. They took the old part with them when they left without asking if they could have it. The refrigerator failed again intermittently several times within 2 weeks of the supposed “repair” — same issue that I had called about initially. Obviously, they had m
