These people know what it means to run a fantastic local business. They're first and foremost friendly and compassionate. Not robotic and cold like so many big companies inevitably become. They take the time to listen and understand your unique situation. Dalton and Jeremy have both put in the hours on my property. They continue to be ready to spring into action within a day's notice and always provide honest advice. They've never tried to upsell me. My unit is old, and it would be so easy for them to tell me I just need to replace it, but they understand how that can impact a family financially. Instead, they use every bit of the knowledge and experience they've acquired, and use critical thinking to actually solve problems, not just throw money away. Absolutely love these people!

Our A/C was giving us problems. Our regular service company quit serving our area so I had to find a new company in our area. I contacted Brown Mechanical on advice from a friend. Best call I could have made! The lady on the phone was very helpful and arranged to have a tech come out to check our unit. Jeremey arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced a capacitor and had the unit running like new. Jeremy is very friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed his visit. The charges were very reasonable also. Excellent experience. I know we’ll be calling Brown Mechanical again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service ! Thank You.
