We were having with issues with flushing of our toilets since all the rain. We called Tri Star. Everyone was really nice and knowledgeable. They got us in pretty quickly. Chase showed up and ready. He was honest and respectful. He kept me in the loop of what he was going to have to do and the cost before he did it. Which was greatly appreciated instead of being surprised of the cost. We would highly recommend this company.

My 3rd day in my new house and I noticed all of my drains started backing up after running the washer. I called Tristar and they came out and fixed my septic clog the same day. Friendly service as well. 5/5.

Chase was very professional and super nice. Prices impressed us! Definitely the best price around. He pumped our septic and unclogged our line. Answered any questions I had and let me watch the whole process. He gave me tips to keep our lines healthy and clear. He was very courteous of our property.
