The best! Can I give them more stars? We have Brow for oil delivery and their service plan on our heating system. I cannot thank them enough for their prompt responses to our needs and ability to solve any problem, both big and small.

Simply the BEST experience for this oil heat newbie! Our inherited home to our surprise is heated with oil. Last night we arrived to a cold home and no water and figured out quickly that the house is heated with oil. After an exhausting search, I chose Brown Oil. They were patiently educated me on the process, immediately let me know the current rate, saving me $145. Another company was charging me a same day delivery service of $100 and and additional $145 to light the furnace; an additional $200 on the cost of the oil. I appreciated their courtesy and patience with my numerous questions; they are the epitome of complete client focus! We are happy first timers and will continue to use them!

I was a long time customer if this company. I am very flexible with businesses but I will be going with a new company because they DO NOT appreciate their customers! If they make an error, they will not take accountability for their error. The staff will place blame on their customers for their lack of communication. They have absolutely no problem sleeping at night in their warm homes leaving you cold after you prepaid them. They are petty after you’ve expressed your displeasure with being in a hold home in 10 degree weather 48 HRs after they screwed up your order. They will only offer you $20 for your inconvenience. Great service and great prices! We just moved to Dorchester and our landlord didn't have any recommendations on oil delivery companies so I called around to 5 different places nearby and Brown oil was not only the cheapest BY FAR but, had the best customer service! Would absolutely recommend. The man who helped me on the phone was so sweet and the oil will be delivered in just a few hours!

I love brown oil company. They are polite,when you call for oil the lady is so sweet ,the man he is very informative also a people person. Both are professional. They always arrive when they say they will. The truck men are also very friendly,i have nothing I would recommend they do differently. They are professional all around. I will only so businesses with the best. And that is Brown Oil.
