Brown Well Pump Service

If you are expecting a quote from this business good luck! I first reached out to Browns in May for a quote on getting a well drilled on our new property. I have reached back out 6 or 7 different times to see if the quote or estimate was completed yet. Each time the person replying to the email has said no we do not have an update and they would send the information back over to the owner of the business. As a business owner myself I understand that things get busy but if things are infact that busy they just need to tell the customer that they are currently not taking on anymore work.

Well pump was on the way out but not gone yet. The tech (Justin) measured the pumps flow rate and current draw. This made it clear that it was only a matter of time till it failed completely. It took two people due to the location of the well pit. Help arrived promptly and the pump was replaced that day. Pump flow rate and current draw were again measured after the replacement and the new pump was right on the money. I really appreciate being shown the before and after performance. There was a concrete contractor on site that day as well so things got a little crowded in the driveway. Everyone cooperated and both jobs were completed. Excellent service and responce time. They replaced my well pressure tank and Jeff did an awesome job. If I every have issues again with my well system, they will be my first call.

I thought they did a great job .worked with my ins. Co. And we're very prompt.l called them at 8.00 am the service guy was here around 9.00 am and went to work , pulled the well replaced the pump and had it up and running again in about five hours.
