Brown installed my water softener 4 years ago and developed a leak in the salt container. Their technician was quick to find the problem and ordered the part. Their technician problem was resolved within a 5 day span. I would highly recommend them for your water needs and maintenance. Highly satisfied.

The staff at Brown was outstanding in both work and customer service. They were prompt with appointments and very knowledgable in sharing information. Tammy, the office manager was efficient, but also very helpful and took time to make good suggestions. I never felt like a number with this company. I felt Tammy and the staff really wanted to help me!

Noah and his trainee (can’t remember his name) came out on time and did a professional job replacing our well casing cap. More than that , he went above and beyond by improving the well head spigot and made it easier for me to operate it when hooking up to lawn irrigation. I did not ask for the extra work, however he treated the job like a pro would. With pride and care. He also replaced the old electrical toggle switch that I provided since he already had the wiring disconnected to perform the work. He took the time to explain everything, being that my knowledge of wells and it’s components was minimal. Also a hat tip to Tammy in their office for being so kind and gracious by phone. A sweetheart of a girl. I would hire them again in a minute.
