Really happy I found well Doctor, because having no running water was cruel. So happy they were able to service same day and got it going. The technician Eric was kind and explained everything he was doing, as well with the first technician who came to inspect the well before didn’t catch his name but also was kind and professional. Will be recommending to family and friends.
We can’t express how much we appreciate this company’s work ethic. Lost our water on Saturday night, called Sunday morning, and these guys had us up and running by Sunday night with all new well equipment. They were even short handed that day, but Kristy kept me updated throughout the day and the guys arrived on time. Dillon and Reese were great. They explained everything, had all supplies in the van and were able to give us a quote. We asked when they could get it done, and their response was “We’re here for you. We can do it tonight.” It was already after 8pm at that point, and they had us going by midnight, even after working since 7am. Thanks so much guys! Michael and Sandra Nollenberger
They were very professional. They were able to come out and assess the issue. We checked around and felt they were very fair in their pricing. They were able to get to our repairs quickly and did an excellent job. They even came in under their original estimate. After the repairs they even did follow up calls to make sure we were satisfied. I had such an amazing experience with Well Doctor! They had a professional out to my house within 30 minutes, and he was able to identify why my water wasn't working within 5 minutes. My water was back on in a matter of minutes! Thank you guys so much for your help today - I highly recommend your business to anyone who needs fast, honest help with their well! (Alex was super nice and had great advice, by the way! Such a huge help.)
