I called about my garage door and they responded very promptly. I wanted a new door and they ordered promptly and installed right away after it came in. Their guys were very nice and respectful. They installed the new door with all the aspects I wanted very efficiently, with great skill! The price they quoted was the price it ended up being and was less than I had originally expected. 10/10 I would use their service again!

We had a broken garage door and they were at our house in a few hours to give us an estimate. We purposely went with a style that they had in stock and they were able to get the door installed the following day.

Poor communication, felt deceptive, and untrustworthy. First day: Quoted $235 total for service and the 250x3x30 spring. I agreed and was told they would call me back for the next available appointment. No return call, but someone from their crew showed up. I was confused but appreciated the initiative of having the repair done the same day. However, that wasn’t the case. The technician said their dispatcher had mentioned I needed help with lowering the door. (First error) - The door was already down, and I had removed the spring myself. The technician left. Following day: Still no return call, so I called them to follow up. (More problems.) The receptionist told me that, at my request, the technician had shown up to lower the door. (I never requested that.) She then said the technician

We were not able to open our garage doors to get our company vehicles out on a bright Monday morning. Browning came to the rescue driving 35 miles to do so, and fixed the springs on the doors quickly. We were back on route within 3 hours of our normal time. Fair pricing, quick response, I couldn't have asked for better service.
