Carlsbad NM Lowe’s store is ridiculous cannot find anything in that store they may say they have 26 of something but they don’t know where it is and Hell if they are even going to look for it. They stand around doing absolutely nothing. You have workers standing around that look at you when you ask them a question like what did you say? Most annoying store ever and the New manager well he needs to take a look at his store. So we wanted some galvanized poles they had some but they didn’t know where they were. So we decided to go with the 3ft. Well while a kid was helping find the rest of the poles they discovered more poles that were in hiding. Lowe's is a national chain and usually is great. This place was the exception isles were very disorganized nothing was in its place staff was very rude like they didn't want to be there. I will drive to Roswell before I go to this Lowe's again and on top of that they don't have plastic bags or paper bags but they will sell you a reusable bag for a $1.50 so be prepared to bring your own bag and walk around endlessly for hours.

Recently placed an order online for pickup. After a day went by and no message that order was ready to pick up I called store. Was told my order was not pulled because they were understaffed and have not pulled any orders. When I arrived at store I checked with the order pick up desk. There were two workers standing there just talking. They looked up my order and then they both went and pulled the order while I waited. Understaffed you say? More like a lack of management. And don't ask me to call you. If you're interested in improving this problem you'll forward this to management.

Graphite lock lubricant. That is all I needed. That is all I still need. Not one person. Even a manager can locate it for me. No one knows what it is. The Lowe's website says they have it, when I go to the store, nothing that is supposed to be in that aisle isn't that aisle. I have been there three times. I have asked six different people. I have been on the phone with corporate and absolutely nobody knows what's going on. Absolute dumpster fire. I have called one of the only locksmiths in Carlsbad and have to pay him to come to my house and use his lock lubricant because the entire store of Lowe's is the most incompetent set of employees I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

Bought a shower door kit. Was way to heavy for 2 seniors to manage, so paid $69 for it to be delivered only to find out the NEXT day, they intended to just dump it on my porch and they were going to use a 3RD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE! Took 2 calls to get someone to help me. Finally a nice lady told me the truth about their "delivery service" and allowed me to cancel my order. Will order from someone who doesn't charge $69 to bring it to me.
