We previously did an addition on our house, moving the furnace and reusing old ductwork that resulted in a lot of leaks in the attic and cold air pouring in through the vents. Brown’s replaced all supply duct in the old house and replaced the flex return air lines with hard pipe. Scheduling and payment were easy. Their system for providing estimates and invoices was lightning quick, dropping me e-mails shortly after their guys left the house. Joe quoted me separately for a patchwork job and full replacement, which I appreciated. He addressed any concerns I had before and after the work. I called Brown's with a burst pipe and a leak at 8.30am Kevin their plumber arrived at 9am and by 10am he had located the burst pipe in the crawl space and had everything fixed and up and running perfectly.
