This company sold me the wrong parts for a backflow and the inspector made me replace with the correct. We gave them the make/model and serial for the 375astr, and they sold us gates for a 975. Bpi denied it even after I sent them all the screen shots of us asking for the 375 on the bpi messaging line. Showed them the info that the gates were not up to code for backflow. Even with knowing there guy messed up on the parts they wouldn’t do anything to make it right. I highly recommend using backflowUSA for parts or Hughes supply. There guys know what there doing and won’t rip you off. Be Warned!!!!

Marissa Lugo is one of the most pleasant people i have dealt with. I have seen it all and customer service is a really big thing for me, i haven’t experienced that level of customer service in a long long long time. She is an absolute rockstar. If you need ANYTHING, get with Marissa. You will NOT be disappointed!!
