Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving … turned a sink faucet on … nothing but a sputter. Tried several other faucets … no water. Checked the circuit breaker; it had tripped. Re-set it; tripped again. Tried once more; tripped again. Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving, 7:30 a.m. … called one business … no answer. Called a second to be advised they don’t handle wells anymore. Called a third, who said they didn’t have the capacity to help … BUT … they recommended Broy and Son. 7:45 a.m. explained the issue to the receptionist at Broy and Son. On the same call spoke with Mr. Warren Broy. By 9:00 a.m. he was on site. In less than thirty minutes he checked the circuit breakers and water pressure tank and pump in the house, removed the well cap, trouble-shot everything associated with

Broy and Son are excellent, water went out Sunday morning ang I called them. Brad showed up in about an hour. He determined the problem in less than ten minutes. It was a bad wire from the house to the well pump. Brad ran a temporary wire from the house to the pump and we now have water. All in less than an hour! We now need to put in a permanent wire but we do have water. Thank you Broy and Son!

Very sound work, nice folks, and they are very accommodating. I’m calling them for my well and pump work from now on.

Used them at least 3 times in past for water pump replacement over many years. My water went off Thursday night and thought the pump was bad again. Called 7am Friday morning and they came out at 8am Friday, diagnosed that it was not my water pump but clogged filtration system. Very friendly guys.

What awesome professional people. Did some work on our golf course for us. They bored under some cart paths and provided a trench line for running power wires. Left everything clean. If there is any well digging service or pump services you need these are your people. We will look to hire them in the future.
