Stuck with them for 2 years for a rodent issue. I would not recommend The “house seal up”, is a joke but costs $1,400 Their sales guy understands the work but, the people they sent to do the work have no idea what they’re doing. After the work was “completed”, I had to remind the technicians to go up into the attic. They didn’t even seal primary entry points until I pointed them out. I complained and they came out again for the seal up, I know now they missed totally obvious entry points and didn’t even bother to look critically at our utility room in the basement. However, at the time I chose to defer to the experts and give it time because they lock you into a non-revocable contract. The normal visits consist of someone coming to refill bait stations. Terren was polite, professional and helpful. Most importantly, he listened to us and did a great job in meeting our requirements while working around our dogs and other distractions.

Today was my first treatment but let’s back up a bit. I called about a month ago and they were ready to book my appointment within days but I was ready so I had to schedule 3 weeks later. Ben the rep I talked to on the phone was patient, knowledgeable and polite. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) patiently and set up my account. Today Dakota Came to my house. He was on time, polite and friendly and they immediately got to work and it was done efficiently and quickly. So far seems like I’m in great hands!

Update 10/13/25: It’s extremely disappointing that your technician stepped and sprayed all over my freshly re-sealed driveway—the very next day after I specifically told your team not to. That alone says a lot about the company’s ethics and accountability. To clarify once again: I never claimed that your technician drove on my driveway, so whoever made that statement is misrepresenting my words. There’s clear video evidence showing your technician walking and spraying across the newly re-sealed area, which was clearly marked off. That should have been enough proof on its own. Ethical companies take ownership of their mistakes, but your response and lack of accountability show the opposite. Offering a single free service for the damage caused was not just inadequ

David is our regular technician from environmental pest control. He did his latest inspection on 12/30/25. As always he was very thorough checking all the bait traps and rechecking openings in the house that he had sealed to prevent mice sneaking. It gives me great peace of mind to know that he's keeping an eye on our house.
