Took all day to fix one leaky valve, kept leaving job over and over again. Kept putting off fixing outdoor water hose hydrant and talking like he just didn’t want to do the job and how my plumbing setup was “bad and didn’t make sense”. All he had to do was drain and remove a water heater to get to hookup……isn’t that what plumbers do everyday? Very lazy attitude. Said he would come back next morning and never showed. We called to see what the problem was and were told that he was doing another job for other customers. We told them not to worry about coming back and all the owner said was “sorry”. We won’t call them again for anything. Save yourself the time and headache and go with someone else.

Orten Plumbing is my choice for work at home and at my business. Orten’s has provided plumbing services for me for nearly 20 years. They have always been prompt, friendly and professional. I believe the pricing is always fair, and if is tilted at all, it favors the customer. On occasion, I’ve had to call a different plumber, and the prices I’ve been charged combined with the service others have provided make me appreciate Orten’s all the more.

I am very upset with how he does things! We asked for an estimate back in December to do some very necessary work on our pipes and he gave us an epic estimate so we chose to go with him. After we had everybody come out and mark there lines on the ground he started making excuses after excuses on why he couldn’t do the job and now we are sitting in April and now he doesn’t even bother to call or come by or anything. Kinda like he just don’t want the money or waste his time even though he was going to make a grand off of us! This is not good customer service! I do not recommend him at all!!

Reliable, trustworthy, fairly priced fir the services rendered. He overcommits and that makes it difficult to get in touch with him, however.
