Brunswick Supply House

As an HVAC contractor I am so happy to have Brunswick Supply here on Oak island. They are incredibly polite, knowledgeable and responsive. The pricing is competitive and it sure beats driving to Myrtle Beach or Wilmington to get parts. They also carry some of the high-performance HVAC tools and monitoring equipment such as the Haven iaq. I highly recommend Brunswick Supply and their sister company, Mansfield sales and service hvac.

I ordered a Fieldpiece Probes Charge Kit for almost $400 nearly a month ago, and they still haven’t shipped it. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. Very poor customer service — no refund, no updates, and I wasted a lot of time waiting. I urgently needed this tool for work, but dealing with this company has been extremely frustrating.

I needed a new evaporator coil, some hvac cleaning supplies, and Romex wiring. Brunswick Supply House had it all at great prices. I was surprised I was able to pickup specialty items (same day) instead of the typical ordering and waiting on them to ship. The store is incredibly nice and the people are helpful. Very thankful OKI has this place.
