So far a great experience with Mansfield. Jarod was timely, worked with my schedule, and performed the work even with the rain today. I appreciate the hard work and look forward to seeing it completed! I will be using Mansfield for all my home service needs. They were significantly cheaper than another quote we received, and have serviced my parents house for years. Thanks again guys!

When the mini-split in our sunroom failed as the weather turned cold, we needed to replace it quickly. Based on a recommendation from a neighbor, Mansfield Sales & Service was one of the companies we called. Trent Bailey came out the next morning and quickly provided an estimate. Based on his estimate and what we have learned about the history and values of the company, it was an easy decision to choose Mansfield Sales & Service to install our replacement mini-split. Trent was great work with and answered all my questions. He was quick to respond when I had follow-up inquiries and made sure the installation went smoothly. I would recommend this Company to anyone. Ed the service technician was awesome. He was knowledgeable, kind and very efficient. It's nice to have a business who actually answers the phone and shows up on time. These people are awesome and prices were very fair!!

Our HVAC went out in the extreme cold. We called for service and Travis Schrowe, technician came very promptly. He quickly assessed the situation and got us back working in less than an hour. He was a very courteous and knowledgeable young man and we very much appreciate how well we were taken care of. We have always had great experiences with Mansfield.
