One of your drivers in a Bryant Group Inc truck had a red light and ran it, nearly causing a head on crash with me while my light was green. I had caught it on my dash camera. He had then went to the South Brooks development off from Hatchery Rd in Inwood a little after 9:30am today. I won’t be surprised if this person has a reckless driving history or ends up costing the company money in the future.

Well, bryant group did not check their work after reinstalling my faucet/soap dispenser/garbage disposal/dishwasher after a needed countertop replacement and cleaners came through afterwards and did a number on my cabinet. We used Bryant Group for our regular sprinkler maintenance in our home. I was really pleased with the customer service and pricing we got. The person who helped me over the phone and email was great with answering my questions and scheduling the maintenance. The guy, Randy, that came was out was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained all of the work he was going to do and set expectations on when it would all be completed. He was a good communicator throughout the whole process.

I had what I thought was a miner plumbing issue. Another company came out and gave me a crazy estimate and tried to sell me stuff I did not need. Randy came out from Bryant and scoffed at that quote and was honest and saved me a lot of money. Thank you Randy!!
