Bryson Heating Cooling-Refrigeration

It the worst business that I had to due with. The techincian came to repair my heat pump unit but he diagnosed the wrong root cause. The first day, he said the refrigrant was low and charged it in the heat pump but the problem was not solved. He charged me $250. I called Bryson back the next day, the technician came and told me the reversing valve ws leaked and the compressor was bad. He recommended to replace the full new heat pump. I called Holliman's Air Service, the technician found the TXV buld was broken and replaced another one. The problem was solved and my heat pump has worked well as normal. I called Bryson company to reimbursement my credit but they denied.

We had Bryson's come to our property to consult on the best solution to the air flow problem in one of our commercial buildings. Bryson's suggestion was to replace both HVAC units. We had them do the work. The new system isn't cooling the building any better than the old system. We have contacted Bryson many times and he has come out and turned on the heat because the technician didn't do it during installation and that was in November, then we had to call him back out in March because they didn't charge the AC and it wasn't cooling. The 2 units are still not cooling the building, actually the previous 24 yr old units were doing a better job. They were scheduled to service my claim yesterday. I called today to be greeted by an unprofessional female. She told me she don't have a timeline as to when they will be able to service the unit. She had a really bad attitude. I decided to move on and find another service contractor.

There is NO one I trust for My restaurant or My HOME over Bryson Heating and Cooling! The owner has been able or fix every reach-in cooler in my restaurant , HVAC problem and the old AC unit at My house! I won't call anyone else ever!

Worst customer service I’ve had in my life span. Rep takes your call at home sounding unprofessional as if she’s bothered with your call. Been without air 5 days and they can’t give an explanation or time frame when they can get to you. Never will I recommend or use this company again. Beyond pissed.
