Top notch service!!!! Brian and Andy came out to determine what my issues were! Fixed both sinks while here and got a game plan together to fix the hot water issue. Super nice and friendly. Walked me through everything step by step. To top it off they were super cool about the 4 doggies I have. They loved on them as if they were their own. In my book that speaks volumes about their character. I highly recommend them for anything you need!! You will not be disappointed.

There was water all over the front part of the yard and outside the fence area and around the bushes. I checked the meter and other places and I did not see a leak. I called the city of Killeen and was told to get hold of a plumber. I called BSR plumbing. They came over and did some water leak detection/testing etc and told me that there was not water leak coming from the house. Jeff indicated that the leak is not mine, belongs to the city and might coming from across the street where the city has a fire hydrant. Jeff and his plumber assistance were very courters, professional, took their time to explain everything to me etc. The price was very good! Outstanding service. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing service.

Chris T. and Andy were great. They've been very responsive each time I've called them out, and the folks at the office were very gracious about me having them rework my latest quote several times. Quality of work is superb, and they really took time to explain their processes and test their work before finishing. This was for a property I manage, but I would happily call them even if it was on my own dime. Thanks so much!

Mike just came out and fixed our plumbing issues! He was fast, efficient, very nice, and they were able to come out the same day. They fixed a problem that a previous plumbing company could not. It’s been over a week since we have been able to use our sink! Thank you so much Mike! You were great!

Chris and Don were amazing. Professional and fast they did a great job. They explained the process every step and answered all my questions with lots of knowledge. They were there early in the morning and kept the place clean after job. I will strongly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.
