BTM Flooring, Inc. Design Center and Area Rug Gallery

We used BTM over 8 years ago when we bought our little lake house. They did LVP on the entire first floor, tile in the two bathrooms, carpet on the stairs, and even installed custom blinds on some architectural windows. Excellent work all around. Recently we called them back to install tile-style LVP on the upstairs floor. Again, beautiful work all around. The project lead John and his assistant Glen were professional, skilled installers who took great care and pride in their work. Owners Bryan and Lynn have been wonderful--knowledgeable, attentive, kind--always willing and happy to work with us and around our weird schedules. We have another project in the works and will certainly be reaching out to BTM to help us out again.

They installed floors for me on two separate occasions and both times they have done an excellent job. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out their way to be able to meet with us. I would do business with them again!

My husband and I went to BTM to check out luxury vinyl flooring to replace our bedroom carpet. We’ve never had LVF so we needed some expert advice. Lynn, our consultant was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process, always having our interests in mind. We settled on our “perfect” choice and had them come out to measure. Once Brian measured, I asked if he could recommend someone to lay the brick for our fireplace and he was able to arrange the price of the brick work with the flooring installation. I was so impressed and happy to get both jobs done all at the same time. BTM is an outstanding company that works with other small businesses that do AMAZING work! I purchased everything from Bryan and team at BTM - from kitchen cabinets to countertop to bathroom tiles to vinyl flooring and even carpeting - and I couldn't have been happier! Very fair price and great quality products! But best of all, this is a professional outfit! Down to the installation contractors they partner with, are all professionals as well! For example, Ian & Al just installed my carpet and I was pleasantly surprised that, aside from a perfect installation, they didn't even leave a single scuff mark on any of my walls!
