I had a massive sewer backup into my home with about 1 foot of raw sewage in my basement. Vowing that I would do everything to stop this from ever happening again, I did my layperson research and got to work finding a company that would specialize in building a flood control system for me in my yard. I did a lot of shopping around. Every other company I met with for consultation either didn’t come in person checking only the Zillow for my property or was far over priced. These guys did a great job. I needed my catch basin completely replaced as it had begun to collapse. They gave me a competitive price which did not change. They handled the permit and dumpster that was required. They came on schedule and finished the job in 1.5 days. The work was done properly and professionally and now the new catch basin works great. They also did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend them.

BWT's experts diagnosed a broken sewer pipe, then came out, jack hammered up the concrete, fixed the pipe, poured new concrete which they carefully applied and smoothed so it would match the surrounding concrete. I then had the floor repaired and it looks like nothing ever happened. They also finished the job of fishing their camera out to the street to confirm the integrity of the sewer pipes. Anytime I have any sewer/catch basin issues, I don't even think about it. I just call Bubba, Wayne and Tim.
