They added an outlet and properly wired my garage door opener. They arrived on time and performed the work very neatly. They checked their work and cleaned up before they left. They recently replaced my electric meter box also perfectly. A few years ago, a large tree limb pulled my Mom’s electric meter off her house. They replaced it during a sleet storm on Christmas Eve, so Mom had power on Christmas Day. They are amazing!

I have found Buck Thomas Electrical does very professional work. They are very conscious of the quality of work they do and the needs of the customer. They are courteous about working with the customer to meet their availability as well as being clean and courteous when entering and leaving a customers home. Mr. Thomas' workers are very polite and knowledgeable in all the work they produce and Mr. Thomas always follows up on all work done to insure that his employees have complete the proper and necessary work for quality customer service. I would highly recommend them for any job you might have. We have used them for wiring a house, adding security light as well as many other projects and everything was always completed on time and with quality work.

Was asked to give an estimate for a repair to outdoor electrical fixtures. Gave an invoice for a full day's job ($655! to do an estimate-no fixes!) when all they did was dig about 2 feet below the ground at the wrong place. Assumed the same problem, was at other areas, although no work was done there to confirm that diagnosis. Debris was left all over, and outlet cover box was reconnected with electrical tape. Asked for a detailed account of time spent on area, since I wasn't there when they did the work. Was promised a copy and have not received it. DO NOT use this company for anything complex.

I refereed Buck Thomas Electric to one of my best customers to upgrade a 200 amp service to a 400 amp service. The reward I got for referring them was they talked junk about my company and told my customer that we did not know what we were doing when we installed a 30kw generator system and also referred an HVAC company to install a new HVAC system behind my back taking business away from my company. What a shame. They have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in referrals as I have, nor never will refer them again! What idiots, you don't bite the hand that feeds you!

They are contracted out by my landlord to handle electrical around the complex. They came once unannounced to change out some old outlets with grounded ones. They left sawdust and and dirt all over the counters and floors, and left the fridge pulled away from the wall. Their work left the microwave, disposal, and an outlet without power. They came back almost 2 weeks later to fix the problem, again leaving dirt everywhere, and then leaving 2 whole rooms without power. 2 days later they fixed everything, but shattered a glass shelf in the bathroom and left dirty hand prints on white dining chairs. They were dirty, loud, and generally unprofessional during every visit.
