We were experiencing phantom operation on our 20+ year garage opener. Shaun and Jason were fantastic to work with over the phone. They were extremely informative, honest, and patiently answered my million questions without ever making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how helpful and transparent they were throughout the process. Izzy came out to replace our garage door opener and did an excellent job. Izzy to the rescue! Izzy came out the next day as scheduled, evaluated the situation, recommended replacing both springs. Took his advice and he had the garage door ready to go within an hour. He replaced both springs, lubed the rollers, hinges and cables. Adjusted the tension and door opens and closes perfectly. Great job Izzy and Buckbridge Doors.
