Very reasonable cost; however the fact that you can't get into an elevator or take the stairs without having to avoid stepping on or over so many homeless people in the mornings is ridiculous.

This garage is a SCAM. Neither elevator works, ever! Of course they don't tell you that up front. They expect you to carry your shit down six flights, as the first five are all reserved. By the time you've discovered, both elevators are downed, you will be outside of their industry low 5-minute grace period. Twice now a year apart. I have gotten got by this scam.

First four levels of parking are reserved with zero cars so we had to go up 5 levels to even be able to park. Also, the elevator is broken so we had to walk up and down five flights of piss stained stairs. When we went to leave, the price displayed $30 and we were parked for 2 hours on a Friday night. The signs states that the daily maximum is $10.. after calling the help desk 3 times, the attendants were unhelpful and hung up on us every time. This place is actual trash, do not park here.

Parking meter credit card reader has been broken for weeks now. There is no onsite attendant as all the signs claim, the helpline is very unhelpful

Edit 9/16/25;They eventually fixed both elevator but the one at the NE corner is out of service more often than it's working. Currently it has been out of order for about 3 months, leaving only 1 working elevator.. There are 2 elevators in this garage and both are out of service. The west elevator has been out for 3 weeks and the east elevator stopped working 3 days ago. Public parking is on floors 5-8, so unless you like climbing, don't park here.
