Buckley’s has restored my faith in HVAC serving companies! I have a 26 year old unit. My 1st great experience was when I called for an appointment and was not asked how old is your unit!! They were able to come out same day and not only diagnosed my problem but FIXED it too!! Wow I’m impressed!! Gina the office assistant kept me informed on my appointment and was very pleasant to deal with .. Jake was fantastic and not once gave me the typical sales pitch compared to most companies once they know how old your system is ! Thank you I’m actually going to get a good night sleep with no worries !!

I strongly recommend Buckley for any HVAC service needs in your home. They listen and give you options on how to proceed forward. If you need a new system, they build a system that meets your needs, including offering suggestions on different ways to address climate issues inside your home (ie: temperature variances in different rooms). Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and they care for your home when doing work. Finally, their follow-up is incredible. If you are looking for a HVAC company, including the extra attention provided by a locally owned company, I recommend you start with Buckleys.

We are so lucky we found Buckley. They’re a smaller company, but when we compared their bid with five larger companies, we realized they still had the best all around package for us by far. When Kenny came over to provide us with Buckley’s initial estimate, I was in full shopping mode for the best deal for our family (and I said so up front). I wanted to save us money in the long run, so I was focused on replacing our old busted (gas) unit with a heat pump (electric) system. Kenny was so straightforward and honest about what they could offer, that I almost wanted to choose Buckley right away. I gave it some time, but as promised, he was still able to guarantee us a Bosch unit with a warranty and service visits, all at an amazing price. Bill from Buckley came out today, was very professional and is obviously very experienced. While another company's technician had recommended replacing my heater's control board (for nearly $1,000), Bill thoroughly checked everything over and found only that some sensors needed cleaning, which he did. My heater seems to be running fine.

Kenny was professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable in helping me with my blower motor replacement.
