Bucklin's

I've been planning a garden project for some time. During my dogwalking, i asked various landscape workers around town questions about materials, cost, where they got it from? Came to the conclusion that Bucklin's was the least expensive. Researched Bucklins, read the reviews, did my due diligence. Was curious, so i went down there. A woman named Stacy came out and greeted me. Some reviews stated that the people there were rude and mean? This woman hugged my dog! I then proceeded to explain my project to Stacy. She explained in detail, what my options were. She also expertly directed other customers as she was helping me. Her capability of doing several things at once was amazing to watch. Had some huge limbs hanging over our house, and they did a great job removing them. Would highly recommend Bucklins!!

Gate closed at 12:49 pm, September 27th, no signage indicating why. Website has no mention of any lunch hour closing time. Employee cars on site, but not open for business. Is this what Menasha contracted for? At least the courtesy of posting a reason for closing, the taxpayers of this community deserve it!!!

Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. I had a tree fall on my garage from the storm in July. Called them the next day and they came out for an estimate not to long after. I then called the next day to schedule the removal. The receptionist told me they would give me a call before they came to do the removal. I thought it was odd I didn’t have to schedule anything but I figured with the storm damage they would just work down the list. I asked for a time frame and she just told me they would call. A week passed and I figured they would be swamped so I just simply asked for a time frame. The receptionist mentioned they were hoping to get storm related removal done by the end of the week. Update 6/15/24. Visited last week and the desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Pleased with the smiling welcome. ---------------------------------- The yard guy and the crabby lady in the office scolded me for driving in the exit driveway. Yikes, lots of traffic in a busy intersection and several Bucklin signs. The exit sign was hardly noticeable. The yard guy asked if I could read… please keep in mind that many Menasha residents only come to your yard once a year. Hopefully the brush service will go back to a city yard someday.
