We discovered on Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend that our water pressure would go to zero and then recover a few minutes later. Not a good situation anytime but especially on a holiday weekend with a house filled with 14 people (including a newborn!) I called Buckner’s number and got a callback from Eddie who had the emergency service shift for the weekend. He walked me through a diagnostic Saturday night and isolated them problem as a bad pressure switch which he committed to replacing Sunday PM. He called me Sunday 30 minutes before arriving, showed up on time, and replaced the switch/recharged the pressure tank. Water service is house is better now than it was new. Eddie and Buckner get 5 stars from us for reliable, timely, and friendly service. Thanks Eddie!

I contacted Buckner Plumbing to replace an outside faucet. They scheduled me in less than a week! Two very nice, knowledgeable young men replaced the leaking faucet in less than half an hour. Very reasonable. I appreciate the prompt service!

Sit down have I got a story for you guys! I have had a rough time the last week or two after the aftermath of the tragic hurricane Helene I tell ya what I was one of the lucky few! With no property damage in my area after about a week or so of no power, once we got power back we had no water! Still determined to supply my family with water again after what we had been through I called every plumber from here to Virginia! Couldn’t get ahold of anyone! Caught tech in several lies when they come to install a hot water heater. He left when asked about the discrepancy and said find someone else to do it. Contacted management and she just covered for the tech saying he just missed. This was the second time in two years they have been to my home for the same problem and she stated the first guy missed it also. Just wanted to upsell.
