Taylor was very helpful and patient with us as we shopped for new carpet for our bedrooms and our bonus area. She was thorough and offered great suggestions and options. The installers, Vincente and his crew, worked very hard and efficiently. They were able to complete this large job in one day. Two worked upstairs, two worked downstairs. We are very happy with the quality and color of the carpet and the labor. Thanks so much!!

Called Buddy Allen to see about taking up old carpet and redoing my wood floors. Emory was out the next day and gave me a great estimate and stuck to it. They came out and had carpet out, floors sanded and coated in one day. Came back the next morning to finish up and we’re done by lunch. They were very clean. No mess at all. They also made sure everything was done perfectly and to my satisfaction. My floors look awesome! So glad I had them do the work.

This is our 2nd experience with Buddy Allen. We did our main living area 2 years ago and I reached out to Emory again to replace the carpet in our bedrooms to match the hardwoods throughout the house. Ronnie installed and did an amazing job all during the ice storm! Communication and service are unmatched with their team! Our family will always use Buddy Allen for our flooring needs!
