Franscisco was very thorough and took great care in retreating pur home after a new termite intrusion. He then recharged our bait stations.

Matthew was amazing. So professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and explained what he was gonna do. He went right to work. Told me if I have any questions to just ask. He answered everything and explained to me why in terms I could understand. I used this company because of the reviews I saw. So glad I went with them

Bernard was our inspector and he was very nice and professional, answering all my questions and giving thorough explanations on what I was dealing with and what to expect. Spence was our exterminator and he was also very friendly and professional. He took a look at everything and got started right away. He was thorough with answering my questions and thorough with the work he did. I went with a 5 year warranty with a very reasonable price. I'm glad I chose Budget Brothers and will use them in the future.

Honestly just not great to try and use the actual warranty that you pay for. They make you call to document that you saw tunnels. Try to knock them down. Wait a few days and then call back. You have to call in each time or they will not send someone out. So even if you did all of the above and call in they only consider that to be the notification and you have to wait a few more days and call back before they will do anything. I’ve never had this sort of issue and wish we stuck with the company the previous owner had that was extended for our first year in the house. You would call and they came the next day. No questions or the run around. I did call back and the first availability for them to come treat the termites is 5 weeks out. Definitely would avoid this company in the future. Nearl

Garrett’s service goes beyond just doing what is asked. He takes a proactive and consultative approach to his work - observant of the property and recommending preventative services to save homeowners money in the long run. He also takes the time to describe and demonstrate the value of the services provided (knowledge of different pests and explanation of the chemicals being used). I hope he continues to be the tech to service my property. Only giving 5 stars because 6 are not possible. Delighted homeowner.
