As first-time homebuyers, we didn’t know what to expect, but we knew how important this step was—and they guided us through it with clarity and professionalism. Their inspection was incredibly thorough; the thermal imaging and drone footage were especially impressive. We walked away feeling confident that our purchase is solid. Called last week, two times, the second time we spoke I scheduled a home inspection for today (3/6) and was told to meet them at 2:00. I spoke with Melissa each time, and during both phone calls she looked up the house (2/25 and 2/26). I was quoted $425, and on 2/26 I was told I’d pay when meeting them and we’d receive the report the night of the inspection (3/6). Right after our phone call I messaged my real estate agent to inform her. (Quick call, 2 mins, and barely any questions asked. Which gave me some anxiety leading up to today.) I came to the house around 1:40, didn’t see any vehicle that could be theirs. But, it’s in a neighborhood with street parking and parking behind the house so I wasn’t too worried. This couple was more than amazing and if I could honestly give them 1 million stars, I would they literally were so knowledgeable when they came to our property. They were friendly. They were affordable, and they really streamline the entire process, including modifying their own Mother’s Day schedule to ensure that we got our inspection done in time. I cannot recommend them enough.

The only way rating the Buergelin's Home Inspectiins could be easier is having an option to leave a 10 out of 5 rating! From the first phone call to the quick text to let me know my inspection email is being sent, my experience was absolutely amazing.
