Just an all around great experience, from start to finish. It was very clear that the main goal was to make me happy. I had 6 trees removed, 1 was a massive oak that was leaning bad towards the house. Jay and his team fell every tree perfectly and did a great job cleaning up. The service provided by this company was fantastic. Mario, their arborist came to our house toward the end of one week & looked with us at the trees we were concerned about falling & damaging our house and also took the time to examine the other trees. He pointed out several more trees that, while not that big were already leaning & growing toward the house pointing out that they'd eventually need to be removed & would cost less to remove them before they became huge. We had one tree that had branches growing above & around our electrical & cable lines that he offered to remove. We were quoted a fair price & as I requested, he provided us with a letter of liability insurance coverage for his company. I utilized Chapel Hill circulation magazine, which serves Douglas County, Ga to obtain tree services for trimming and pruning several trees in my yard. Vilchis Tree Service LLC was selected based on the ad enclosed in the magazine. I contacted the company and spoke with the manager, obtained a professional estimate and scheduled an appointment to survey the trees. We met the following day. The survey and scope of the property was completed, which included risk analysis. Pictures were enclosed that identified the specific services for trimming and pruning. Vilchis Tree Services timely completed and provided excellent contracted services. I would use their services again if needed.

Vichis was removing a neighbor's tree. I called the office for a estimate and Ray came over from the site. They removed 3 trees and trimmed another. These guys are amazing. Quick, professional and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you Ray and his team!
