Buffington Brothers were a pleasure to do business with. They made an appointment with me to come see my HVAC equipment, gave me quote to replace my equipment at my request and completed the work very professionally. They installed a new pad and electrical shutoff for the new condenser, installed the new furnace including a new breaker and a new thermostat. They work was done on time and for the quoted price.They were polite and professional in all of their communications. Buffington Brothers removed all of the old equipment and cleaned up afterwards. It's a pleasure and a blessing to deal with this company. Thank you Buffington Bothers for a job well done and a pleasurable experience all around.

Awful Experience Installers Did A Sorry Job On Installation Of Unit. " Buffingstons Own Service Tech Even said himself. Unit Froze Up Due to installer Error. Installers Ruined Ceiling in several rooms installing duct. Installers Came Back & Did Another Sorry Job Patching. Nothing Ever Done Or Check Up On The Install. Then Need Unit Needs Work Just barely after a year " 1 Month Over Warranty " 🙄. $980 Service Call Just to fix what was caused from Installer Error & Unit was still left with a leak. Next Day I get a call wanting well over $400 To Repair broken washer causing leak. 😅 Bottom Line They Do Not Stand by their work or try to make things right.

Chris saved the day today! He responded to the situation we were having at our house with our heater and quickly solved the problem! Thank you Chris and Buffington for always going above and beyond to help us out!!!
