Matt came in, (friendly) and went right to work after I gave him the recent history of our dryer (belt). He got it fixed and checked the vent hose for lint buildup and was on his way. Very pleasant to talk to.

Frank is very efficient. He does not mess around and does an excellent job. He has worked on my refrigerator and today my dryer. I will use Mr Appliance again if I have a need!

Had my ice maker repaired. The service technician, Frank, was fast and efficient once the part came in. I appreciate their service more than they realize, but almost $300 seemed a bit pricey. However, I will still continue to use them if the need ever arises. First, because they were very fast and friendly. And secondly, because the ladies in the office worked fast to get someone out to make my repairs. Thank you Kayla. And finally, I will definitely recommend them to others in need of appliance repair. Had to have our washer repaired, had a software update and shocks on the tub.Because it would not spin out did have insurance on it but still, I have to send everything to the insurance just to get my refund. But Mr. Franklin was great. He said I would get everything in a email that I need to send in to all state. And the parts came in in just 1 day less than 24 hours. He was back here fixing my washer. Thank you Mr. Appliance.
