Clifford came out to help fix our AC unit. He was very nice and professional and had the problem figured out and fixed in 15 minutes! We called them at 8:30am and he was able to get out by 11:15am the same day. I would highly recommend Buffs they had great customer service and great pricing. Our capacitor had went out and Buffs was almost half the price of another company who had done it previously.

Mid morning on Friday, I reached out to Buff's Heating & Cooling. On the voicemail it provided a phone number to text, so I did. The same day they came out to the house (ran behind was on previous job, but had messaged me advising) then within 45 minutes got my air fixed. The guy was so nice, professional and answered our questions, even though it was after 5pm and I'm pretty sure he was ready for his weekend. But I couldn't be more grateful and he was reasonable on prices. I can say we are going to be loyal customers and will be reaching out for maintenance twice a year.
