As a mother we typically worry about everything And have lots of questions. I am so grateful for the service I received for bedbugs at bug a way. I was told to prepare my home and followed the directions, which is extremely important . Great price family friendly business I will always recommend to anyone.

I've used them for mice and roaches. The projects(NYCHA) exterminator was a joke to the roaches in my apartment. Your not going to find a better price for the quality of work. You do have to stay on top of them as far as scheduling.

It should be zero stars. Here's a bullet list of my experience: -I made an appointment a week ago. -I waited 45 minutes and then called the 'company.' -They didn't even have me down on their calendar. -The owner was unapologetic, nonchalant and passed the blame on whomever was supposed to be in the office the day before. Total waste of my time!!

Hired this company for the rats I was starting to see in my back yard, They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Affordable price, I have them now coming to my house monthly!!! NO MORE RATS!!!
