Chandler H. Is an amazing tech. He goes above and beyond everytime he comes to services our home making sure he has all areas asks if we've had any issues and always has a smile and friendly. Our service with bug busters is always pleasing

Maurice promptly arrived and began work inside the house first. I appreciated the concern he showed about the health of my dog's response to the chemicals that were to be used and I placed Jaxxon in the car, during the extermination process. Following my lead from room to room, Mauric's coverage of the entire house was very thorough. He placed extra effort in kitchen and garage which were major concerns. Proceeded outdoors and brushed down spider webs, etc. around windows before spraying. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the process. Even though he remained on the phone the entire visit, it did not seem to affect his work ethic, although his undivided attention to the task would have been preferred. Our Bug Buster tech, Anthony, is the best. He asks questions, addresses concerns and overall let's us know that our home's protection from bugs is his priority. We appreciate him and his thorough work so much!

Anthony is absolutely amazing. He was very thi would not like anyone but Anthony toservice my home He is so through and knowledgable about his work. Please don't send any one else but Anthony. Bhe deserves a big raise. He is all about the customer and does a fantastic job each he comes.

Patrick came out to our house. He communicated well in advance and was highly knowledgeable about his company's procedures. He was genuine and professional. Much appreciated that someone like him was here to help us.
