Evans AC has been amazing as we have recently sold one home and purchased another—making sure all our HVAC systems are in good shape. Thrilled to find out they have a bi-annual maintenance plan to check our systems every 6 months so we’ll know everything is operating correctly heading into summer and winter. Chris gave me an estimate he told me of some things to help the air flow in my house.They came out and installed a new heating and air conditioning unit the very next day.Every thing works great his employees work very hard on the install. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

EDIT FOLLOWING INSTALLATION OF COMPLETELY NEW SYSTEM: TL;DR Version - Chris Evans knows what he's talking about. Trust his sizing recommendations. He does quality work and is a rare find in the contracting industry. The Full Version - I had problems with a brand new retrofit system done by a licensed HVAC contractor from Newnan. The quality of work was terrible, the furnace was inop following the installation and after I ordered sizing calculations, I confirmed my suspicion that the system was grossly oversized.
