Oh my goodness… Justin was the absolute best… He is a sensitive and caring individual who is ultimately about educating people so that they can understand the issue and come to some kind of solution… I would recommend him 100% to anybody who had any kind of a situation !!!!!
I posted in a Facebook Group about a wasps nest in my side view mirror. Justin cleaned it out for FREE and it took him less than five minutes. This guy is seriously the real deal and he is extremely respectful and kind. Highly recommend to everyone!

Justin was great to work with for our creepy crawling issues! I messaged Bug Off around 1 am and he responded within 10 mins - I was expecting a reply by at least mid day to say the least! From that point on he was crazy fast to get us scheduled (even when my husband wanted to treat vs having someone come out Justin gave us tips and told us what to stay away from ) he has stayed in touch to make sure we are happy with the service and is so nice !
