Lancaster Septic Service And Portable Toilets

We have a filter in our septic system that must be cleaned out every 6 months. My husband has been doing it, but it is getting harder for him. I was having trouble finding someone in Madison County so I looked in Delaware County and found them. He came the next day and did a great job. I will be using them from now on for our septic needs, whatever it may be. Very kind also.

We chose Lancaster because several of their magnets were on the fridge when we moved in so we knew they would be familiar with our property…we are so glad we did! We fist used them back in 2020 during the COVID shutdown. The owner came out personally to pump our tank out. He even gave us a discount off the minimum price because it wasn’t very full. Then we called again this year 2024 and had them out again. The guy was on time and friendly even after google maps took him to the wrong house. Highly recommend this company…they really make it so much less stressful to have a septic system.

I had a pump failure in my septic tank and Brett came out promptly and found an electrical problem. He suggested I pump both tanks out because I was getting a bit of carry over, so they pumped them the next day. Everything was great, but about six weeks later, it failed again. They came back out to discover a loose wire in the same area and fixed it. When I asked how much I owed him, he said not a thing, my fault. You don't find that kind of honesty much these days. I would recommend their services!
