I employed Humboldt Termite and Pest to fix a rodent problem in my local business. I was charged for the three months but no services were provided. I have Traps in secure location only accessible by sign in as well as being accompanied by myself where the rodent problem was located. No such monthly checks were conducted. I was left with a bill for no services provided.

I had a large nest of inaccessible yellow jackets -- and a wedding in less than 2 weeks. I tried everything I knew, to no avail. But got great service from Humboldt Termite & Pest Control - they understood my issues and made sure they were taken care of in a timely and complete manner.

I'd give less than 1 star if I could. I canceled service and got someone else ( Big Time Pest Control) but these guys came anyway. I got home and found their bill on my door so now my home is doubly sprayed with poison because the other company only came a couple of weeks ago. These guys are as bad as terminix

Very poor customer service. I have called three times for a another spray. Did not get anyone to call back. I talked to the general manager scheduled a respray and they never showed up I would not recommend this company to anybody very unprofessional and do not waste your money.
