I had been fighting with a large nest of yellow jackets for about three weeks, YouTubing every possible solution. They had made a nest in my garage wall under electrical box, and eventually chewed through into my garage. I called Tim on a Sunday and he came within an hour. I could tell Tim was busy but he still took the time to talk to me and explain abit about himself and what was going to be done about my pests. I never leave reviews, but my experience with them was so great I feel inclined to do so. First of all, Tim came out on a Sunday, two hours after alerting him to my yellow jacket infestation. I was freaking out, as an army of bees in the bedroom was not how I expected to spend my weekend. Tim was professional, punctual and went above and beyond.
