BugMan Pest Control & Termite Control

This is the first time I have used this company and I have to say I am genuinely impressed with their performance. I called them because I had a huge wasp and hornet problem all around my house. Kenneth McLemore showed up and explained what he was going to do to and how he was going to do it. He also said it would take 2 or 3 days for the wasps to die off. I wasn't so sure because by the end of that day, they were all still flying around like nothing happened. However, the next morning I saw hundreds of those suckers lying on the ground and on my back deck. Some were dead and others were stumbling around like they were drunk. I swept them all off the deck and the next morning there were even more than on the first day... all dead. Today is the third day and found probably 50 more dead ones

We had Josh come give us a quote earlier this week for termite treatment, He was able to get us taken care of really quickly. Nate & Kenny came out for the service and took great care of us. Highly recommend this company. Truly every single person we have encountered from BugMan were so nice and very professional. They explained so much and didnt use scare tactics like some of the other companies did that came out. Thank you so much again.

1st time customer and this company exceeded our expectations. Called this morning and got 2 technicians to come out in less than 3hrs. Kenny was very polite to explain everything. The reviews are not lying this company will go above and beyond for your home. Was using terminex have called and cancel my contract with them and will be using BugMan for our home for now on. This is by far one of the best company out there. Definitely will be recommending to our friends and family if you are in need of any services this is the company you want to hire.

I can’t say enough about the superior service at BugMan Pest and Termite Control, but Jasmine deserves a special shout-out. She is truly the glue that holds this company together! Every time I leave a message on their website, I get an immediate response. Jasmine consistently reaches out the second they open via text and follows up with a phone call—her customer service skills are absolutely impeccable and make the whole experience seamless. The rest of the team is just as impressive. Josh was prompt and competitive with our initial quote, and Tyler came out today for our termite bond and pest control. Tyler was professional and polite which I really appreciated. This company is responsive, professional, and local. If you want to be treated well, give them a try!

So far Josh and John have come to my house for pest control. Both men are super friendly and professional. They explained everything to us before services were conducted and gave suggestions. We have been pleased with the results so far. We look forward to continuing their service. The lady who answered the phone was very thorough she answered all my questions and followed through with sending over preparation forms. The pricing is very reasonable and not over the top. We are very pleased with The Bugman.
