Bugstoppers pest control is the best!!! I had a small wasp nest in between my screen door and door to my home. Roger who was my technician arrived on time and was very professional. He took the nest down quickly, he treated the area and also put a film up to close up as many gaps as he could to prevent them from coming back until I am able get new doors and a frame. I will be getting that done soon! Thanks Roger! I will definitely be using Bugstoppers when needed again. I highly recommend this company.

The technician (Roger) was called to address a problem I had with Yellow Jackets that nested near my front door. Roger went above and beyond what I expected. He quickly addressed the problem, answered all of my questions and told me what to expect over the next few days; in terms of bee activity reduction and elimination. Roger was experienced, courteous and knowledgeable. I would call Bug Stoppers again in a heartbeat to service any type of extermination need!!! The company did everything right, from initial contact, arriving on-time, explaining what was going to be done, quickly addressing the problem, letting me know what to expect next and leaving me the needed assurance that the problem has been addressed. Its not easy to find a business that treats your home like they would treat their own. They were able to fit me in next day for a treatment and were on time. There was no long, drawn out contract process, it was here the problem and here’s how we’re going to fix it. Roger was professional, knowledgeable, addressed my concerns and was overall friendly and pleasant. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The best service you can ask. They make our path to get rid of rodents, ants and other insects in a really smooth way. We have a little child and they make the job safe for her. Thank you Martin and all of his staff for doing such an excellent work!

After two weeks of having a weird crackling sound in my ceiling I certainly had to get a professional to get this mystery resolved and I was glad I called bugstoppers!!! Very professional and on time for when you decide on a appointment time. Martin came very nice gentleman and informative and help me find out what was my problem. It turned out it was bees in my ceiling!! All what Martin did was just to put a repellent on where the bees where getting in and out, told me wait 3 days and they would be gone. The next day like magic boom!! They where gone like they where never there!! No harm were done to the bees, they just packed there bags and left. Thanks bugstoppers for bringing me peace of mind back to my home!! Highly recommend this company for any bug problems!!
